What we offer

The Operations Checkup is free. You answer thirteen questions and receive an immediate, directional result. It is a starting point for a conversation, not a professional audit, and no part of it is a commitment from either side.

The Operations Diagnostic is a paid service. It covers two one hour working sessions on one real workflow of your business, preparation by Byoond before the sessions, and a written deliverable afterwards: a summary of findings, a visual map of the workflow, prioritised recommendations and a practical next step plan.

Price and payment

The Operations Diagnostic is AUD 797, charged in Australian dollars for every customer regardless of the language you read the site in. The standard price shown alongside it is the price outside the current offer.

Payment is processed by Stripe. Byoond never sees or stores your card details. Your payment is due in full at the time of purchase, and access to the sessions begins once payment is confirmed.

Satisfaction guarantee

If, after the first session, you feel the diagnostic was not worth what you paid, tell us and we refund the full amount. There is no form to fill in and we will not ask you to justify the decision.

The refund is issued to the original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days to appear.

Scheduling and rescheduling

After payment you receive a short pre-brief and a link to book your session. You can reschedule freely up to 24 hours before a confirmed session, as many times as you genuinely need to.

Byoond prepares before each session, so if you do not attend a confirmed session and did not tell us at least 24 hours beforehand, that session may be treated as delivered. If life happens, talk to us: we would rather find a new time than keep your money for work we did not do.

What you receive, and when

The written deliverable is sent within five business days of the second session.

Everything we produce for you in the diagnostic is yours. You are free to use it, share it internally, act on it yourself or take it to another supplier. We keep a copy for our own records.

Implementation credit

If we go on to work together on an eligible implementation, the diagnostic fee can be credited against that project. Eligibility depends on the scope of the implementation and is confirmed in writing before the project starts. The credit is not transferable and has no cash value on its own.

What the diagnostic is not

It is not a full technical architecture, a fixed implementation quote, or a commitment from you to hire Byoond. It is also not legal, financial, tax or regulatory advice. Recommendations are professional opinion based on the workflow you show us, in the time available.

Decisions you make from those recommendations remain yours. Byoond is not liable for business outcomes, lost revenue or consequential loss arising from acting on the diagnostic, and in any case our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Your responsibilities

The quality of the diagnostic depends on what you show us. We ask you to describe your workflow honestly and to only share information you have the right to share.

If your workflow involves personal data of your own customers, please do not send us more of it than the conversation needs. We will ask for examples, not databases.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the offer changes. The terms that apply to you are the ones published at the moment you purchased, and the date at the top of this page tells you which version you are reading.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Nothing here limits rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or, where it applies to you, the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
