What we collect, and where

ByaLink: your five answers are used in your browser to generate a simple rule-based recommendation. You can see the result without sharing personal details. If you optionally ask Bianca to follow up, we collect the name, email and optional company you submit, together with your answers, result, consent and any UTM campaign information in the page address.

Operations Checkup: your answers to the 13 questions are used to calculate your result. If you choose to send that result to us, we also collect your name, work email, company and, optionally, your website. Your answers and result are saved in your own browser (not on our servers) so you can leave and come back without starting over.

Operations Diagnostic: to book a session we collect your name, email, company, website, a description of the workflow you want to look at, and what you want to get out of it. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe, we never see your card details. Scheduling is handled by Calendly.

Bya, our digital concierge: whatever you type in the conversation is sent to Anthropic (the company behind Claude) to generate a reply. We do not store that conversation on our servers, it stays in your browser while the widget remains loaded. If you separately choose to submit Bya's contact form, we collect the name, work email, company and project summary you enter there, together with your consent. The chat transcript is not attached to that form. If you open WhatsApp from Bya, the link contains only a generic Byoond message, not your chat or form details; any message you then send is handled by WhatsApp and Meta under their own terms.

General site use: we use Vercel Analytics, which counts visits and page views in aggregate. It does not use cookies to track you individually across sites.

Who else sees it

We do not sell or rent information to anyone. We use a small number of specialist tools to run the business, and each only sees what it needs to do its job: Anthropic (Bya's replies), Stripe (payment), Calendly (scheduling), Resend (sending you confirmation emails), and Vercel (hosting and anonymous analytics).

When you submit a ByaLink follow-up, a Checkup result, a Bya contact form or a Operations Diagnostic enquiry, that information is delivered to the tools we use to manage leads and respond to you. Depending on which delivery connection is configured, it may reach Supabase, our lead management webhook, our inbox through Resend, or a combination of them.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking information for as long as it is useful to the relationship, generally a few years for tax and business records, and delete it sooner if you ask us to. ByaLink and Checkup answers saved in your own browser stay there until you clear your browser storage or restart the relevant diagnostic. Bya's chat is not added to a submitted lead unless you manually repeat something in the separate project summary field.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time, by emailing hello@byoond.io. We aim to respond within a reasonable time and to handle requests in the spirit of both the Australian Privacy Act and Brazil's LGPD, since we work with clients in both countries.

Changes to this page

If how we handle information changes in a meaningful way, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
