Byoond builds systems that use artificial intelligence, and uses it on this website too. This page says exactly where, what it can and cannot do, and what happens to what you type.
Where AI is used on this site
Bya, the assistant in the corner of the site, is powered by Claude, a model made by Anthropic. What you type in that conversation is sent to Anthropic to generate a reply. We do not store the conversation on our servers.
The Operations Checkup result is calculated by rules we wrote, not by a model. Your score, your fit level and the dimensions you are weak in are deterministic: the same answers always produce the same result. A model is used only to write the personalised commentary around that result. If the model is unavailable, the result still works and the commentary falls back to a written version.
If you give us your website address in the Checkup, we fetch that public page and pass its title, description and a short extract to the model as context. We do not log in anywhere, we do not read anything behind a password, and we do not read your Instagram: it requires a login, so a handle you share is treated only as a signal that you sell there.
What AI here cannot do
Bya cannot quote a price for a custom project, promise a deadline, commit Byoond to any scope, or agree to terms on our behalf. It can describe what we do, point you to the right page, and take your contact details.
Nothing generated by AI on this site is professional advice. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical or regulatory advice, and it does not replace a conversation with a qualified professional or with us.
AI makes mistakes
Language models can state something confidently and be wrong. Bya may misread a question, and the commentary in your Checkup may emphasise the wrong thing about your business.
Treat anything it says as a starting point to verify, not as a fact about your operation. Where an answer matters commercially, the published pages of this site and a written message from us take precedence over anything an assistant said in a chat.
AI in the work we deliver
When a client project includes AI, we say so plainly, we tell you which provider processes the data, and we design the workflow so a person stays accountable for decisions that affect customers or money.
The written deliverable from an Operations Diagnostic is produced by Bianca, not generated by a model.
Your choice
Using Bya is optional. Every path on this site works without it: you can read the pages, take the Checkup, and buy the diagnostic without ever opening the assistant.
